‘Video Tour’ secures a Tenant.
Covid-19 has made many people reassess what they need from their home. Home working means that people now need an extra bedroom to turn into an office and an outdoor space has probably become more important than ever before. However, the way we view selling and renting property is changing, and I’m happy to share this advice for those thinking of moving on.
If you decide to sell your home, or if you would like to rent a new property, it’s a very different world out there. You need to be sure that the company representing you is able to reach buyers digitally, because almost all property research is now done online. All of our properties will have a video tour professionally done along with the nominal photographs.
We have recently secured a Tenant for a Landlord who asked us to market his apartment on the Quayside in Newcastle. With the video tour online, the new Tenant agreed to move in within 4 days of marketing the property based on the video, and follow up information we provided. They are moving in next week to see the apartment in all its glory for the first time.
