Covid Valuations and Viewings
Covid-19 Viewing/Valuation Policy – 5th February 2021:
The following restrictions continue and are in line with government guidelines.
All parties present at any valuation appointments or viewings must provide acceptable answers to the following questions:
- Have you displayed symptoms of Covid-19 within the last 14 days?
- Have you been in contact with anyone that has displayed symptoms of Covid-19?
- Have you been told to self-isolate or travelled from anywhere that would require you to self-isolate?
- Where applicable, have you viewed the video tour of the property you want to view first?
We would also ask all sellers whether conducting viewings themselves or preparing for us as agents to accompany the viewer to make the following preparations:
- Ensure adequate ventilation in all rooms. This will require at least one window per room to be left ajar.
- Ensure all doors are already open and all lights are turned on. This will limit the need for anything to be touched during our valuation visit or during a viewing.
