They are the calm voice when an elderly seller can’t find their way through the forms.
They sit in the car after a lost instruction, wondering what more they could have done.
This job isn’t about suits and sales. It’s about people.
The best agents don’t chase you for listings on a regular basis, they chase completions for you.
Because that’s when families get to move on, start over, begin again.
And for every joke, every jab, every eye roll they endure, most just keep showing up.
Not for glory.
Not for praise.
But because moving matters, and we care enough to be part of it.
